PANCHABHUTA

An initiative under Padma Sashi Initiative Society

Women-led transformation from flower waste to fragrant purpose

In the heart of our communities, a quiet revolution is rising, led by women who are crafting agarbattis from upcycled temple flowers.

Through Panchabhuta, women are not only earning a livelihood, they are preserving tradition, reducing waste, and restoring dignity.

Your contribution helps us transform flower waste into meaningful impact.

Panchabhuta strengthens women-led micro-enterprises by connecting traditional knowledge with modern livelihood opportunities. The initiative encourages cleaner surroundings near temples while creating a dignified income stream for participating families.

With every cycle of collection, processing, and production, the project nurtures local leadership, builds confidence, and inspires younger generations to value sustainability and cultural continuity.

What Panchabhuta delivers

  • Livelihood support for women through agarbatti production
  • Upcycling of temple flower waste into eco-conscious products
  • Preservation of cultural practices with social impact
  • Community awareness around dignity, hygiene, and sustainability

Every agarbatti lit is a symbol of hope, healing, and harmony.

Join hands with Padma Sashi Initiative Society and light the way.
